| We offer
a two-year parts and labour guarantee for our equipment against any manufacturing defect, counting from the date of delivery or the date on which the unit is made available. There is a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee against any yellowing for the polycarbonate and Plexiglass glazing. The thermo-lacquering on the aluminium is subject to a 5-year guarantee in accordance with the Qualicoat Quality Label. The customer will have to have the equipment it is the guardian of insured, and provide the relevant insurance certificate should we request them. The customer recognises that he or she has received all the relevant information relating to the safety rules, operating rules, and maintenance rules that we recommend for our equipment. These guarantees come into effect counting from the date of delivery or the date on which our equipment is made available. These guarantees are limited to equipment that we have supplied. |
