- Block plan of the buildings on the block of land, with a scale of between 1/50 and 1/500.
- Site plan of the block of land, with a scale of between 1/1000 and 1/25000 (available from the land registry office or the town hall).
- Total surface area of the property.
- Cadastral sections and numbers of the plots of land.
- Two photos taken prior to commencement of works, enabling an overview of the project.
- The existing construction plan (front, rear or side view) for where the shelter is to be installed.
- Gross and net existing surface area.
