The SWIM PROTEC Group has a presence in various sectors and in various European countries.
The SWIM PROTEC HOLDING Company thus fully owns all the shares in all its subsidiaries and
manages the whole Group subject to a reliable, structured organizational framework.
Profits and investments from the whole Group are channelled into this strong French Holding Company,
enabling SWIM PROTEC to continue its industrial policy of long-term investment, with full
transparency.
The Swim Protec Group, which is still managed by the two initial founders of the Group, Mr J.D. Rouby
and Mr J.M. Ruellan, has managed to retain its human management whilst at the same time assuming an
industrial dimension.
The Distribution subsidiary manages all of the Group’s marketing and sales policy.
This subsidiary operates in every European country where the Swim Protec Group has a presence, as well
as preparing for the future by seeking out new markets. This arm of the group’s structuring as a
subsidiary enables the Swim Protec Group to optimally manage its commercial investments, and fully
control its development.
Close control and management of development are the guarantees that ensure the SWIM PROTEC Group’s long-term future.
While it is often a poor relative, installation is however a key element in the Pool Shelter
delivery chain.
The subsidiary SWIM PROTEC Pose enables an in-house installation service to be offered without
using sub-contractors, and allows the service provided to our customers to be guaranteed. Our
installation staff therefore follow a set of specifications, and are subject to a salary scale
and a workplace agreement specific to them.
Our customers also have the assurance of the fact that the Swim Protec Group pays professional
insurance which does indeed match the services provided !
The company Swim Protec which, historically, is the first company in the group, now takes care of
manufacturing Pool Shelters. It therefore constitutes a one-stop shop for our customers.
It is the most important company in the Group, both due to its seniority and the level of
production investments. Over the years, we have managed to develop this plant industrially,
and continue its long-term investment policy.
Mastery of all the stages in-house enables the SWIM PROTEC Group to guarantee quality service,
and follow-up work that lives up to its customers’ expectations.
